Working with Deirdre completely changed my approach to working on new skills in CrossFit. Coming from no gymnastics background, she helped me get my first pull-up in about 3 weeks and quickly progress into getting toes-to-bar and eventually even handstand walking. Deirdre made sure to meet me where I was at, starting from the basics while also implementing small skills that i would need later down the line as i progressed onto harder movements. She created programming that fit my schedule, making it easy to stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed. She’s incredibly responsive and goes above and beyond by explaining and demonstrating movements so you truly understand them. I’ve made more progress than i ever expected and can’t recommend her enough.
